SCI’s experience supporting local, state and federal design and construction projects has solidified strategic relationships in both the architect, engineering and construction (AEC) industry as well as with various agency decision makers. Our leadership stays abreast of changes in government which may impact our industry and monitors shifts in procurement and planning by continuously engaging with our peers and by being active on various planning and liaison committees. SCI holds executive board leadership positions with the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) and have post memberships throughout the United States.

These include rapid population growth economic development, addressing aging infrastructure including roads, bridges, water and sewer systems, and parks. SCI’s professional and technical staff have significant experience working with these agencies to help public projects move forward expeditiously and within budget.
Some state and local agencies also use NACIS codes to enhance their inclusion programs. SCI is registered with the South Central Texas Regional Certification Agency (SCTRCA) as a Small Business Entity (SBE).
