SCI Engineering’s CEO Mark Harms played host for the Sister Cities International Panel discussion that highlighted the success of the City of St. Charles – Ludwigsburg Sister Cities Program. The focus of the discussion was on ways both cities could gain insight from one another about sustainability and the changing social, financial and environmental conditions in our communities. SCI’s Laura Vrabel, project scientist from our Natural Resources team, served on the panel to discuss factors relating to sustainability.
